* &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Stems&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;: Usually solitary and straight, branching only occasionally with age. They have numerous, very narrow ribs.&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Flowers&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;: Nocturnal or diurnal, small to medium-sized, often pinkish or white. They appear along the ribs near the top.&lt;br /&gt;
