Corynopuntia agglomerata is a species of cactus in the genus Corynopuntia, native to Mexico.
Description
Corynopuntia agglomerata is a low-growing cactus forming dense clumps of cylindrical to club-shaped segments. The segments are green and bear numerous areoles with spines and glochids.
Spines are stiff, variable in length, and typically pale to brownish. Glochids are present and easily detached.
Flowers are usually yellowish to greenish, appearing at the tips of the segments. Fruits are dry and may persist on the plant.
